Potential impacts to DRT if Toronto transit workers go on strike

Durham Region Transit is aware of potential labour action—that could impact public transit within the City of Toronto—as early as June 7.

In the event of a TTC labour disruption, 920/921 buses at Scarborough Town Centre will be located at the GO Bus Terminal along Borough Drive.

In the event of alternate stop arrangements, customers will be notified via the Transit app and the DRT website.

Service disruption in customer service

Durham Region Transit’s Customer Service office hours have been temporarily adjusted from May 13 to 19, 2024. The office hours are as follows:

Monday, May 13 to Friday, May 17:

  • Phone lines: 07:00 to 18:00
  • Front counter: 08:00 to 17:00

Saturday, May 18 to Sunday May 19:

  • Phone lines: Closed
  • Front Counter: Closed
